Why bundle
Life Planning Bundle
Two planners for two of the most expensive things most people will ever do.
A home purchase and a baby's first year both have the same problem: the real cost is higher than people expect, and most people don't have the full number until it's too late to plan for it.
What's in the file:
- Home Buying Planner: the down payment is the headline. Closing costs are the fine print. On a $400,000 home, closing costs run $8,000 to $20,000 on top of the down payment, before prepaid escrow, insurance due at closing, or moving costs. This planner shows the full number, line by line, before you get to the closing table.
- Baby First Year Cost Planner: the USDA puts the first year at $13,000 to $17,000. Full-time childcare in most metro areas adds $12,000 to $24,000 on top. This planner breaks it into every line item: one-time purchases by category, monthly recurring costs by age, childcare options, and a total that gives you an actual savings target before your due date.
Two .xlsx files in one purchase. Works in Microsoft Excel 2016 and later, plus Google Sheets. No macros. No add-ins.
To use in Google Sheets: File > Import > upload the .xlsx file > Create new spreadsheet.
Buying both separately would cost $22.98. This bundle is $17.99.

Common questions
FAQ
How do I get the files after buying?
The download link is emailed within a few seconds of payment, no account needed. You get all 2 templates in one zip, each in its own folder with its instructions and printable. The link is good for 30 days and up to 10 downloads; lose it and you can send yourself a fresh one at pay.savvynomics.com/resend.
Can I get a refund?
No. These are digital files that arrive the moment you pay, so a refund would return the money while you keep the spreadsheet. Every product page lists exactly what is in the file, shows the real numbers it produces, and the free calculators run the same maths so you can try before you buy. If a file will not open, or does not do what this page says it does, that is a defect rather than a change of mind: tell us and we will repair it, replace it, or refund it. A person reads every one of those.
Do these work in Google Sheets?
Yes. For each template: in Google Sheets, go to File > Import > Upload the .xlsx file > Create new spreadsheet. Takes under a minute per template and nothing breaks.
Are macros or special software required?
No. Every template uses standard Excel and Google Sheets formulas only. No macros, no scripts, no plugins. If you can open a spreadsheet, you can use these.
Can I also buy the templates individually?
Yes. Every template in this bundle is also sold separately in the Savvynomics shop. The bundle price is lower than buying them one by one.
