11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savvynomics and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

12. Purchases, Delivery, and Refunds

Templates bought through Savvynomics are digital files. When your payment clears, a download link is emailed to you within a few seconds. The link is valid for 30 days and allows up to 10 downloads, so you can put the files on more than one machine. If you lose the email you can send yourself a fresh link at pay.savvynomics.com/resend.

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. The files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, so a refund would return your money while you keep the product. In place of a refund policy we tell you exactly what you are buying before you buy it: every product page lists the contents of the file, shows the figures it produces, and states the software it needs. Several of the calculations are available free at savvynomics.com/tools, running the same maths as the paid version, so you can judge the work before paying for it.

This is not a disclaimer of responsibility for broken goods. If a file will not open, is missing, or does not do what its product page says it does, that is a defect, and defects get fixed. Tell us at pay.savvynomics.com/refund and we will repair it, replace it, or refund it. Every one of those is read and answered by a person; there is no automatic refund button, because a file that arrives the instant it is paid for cannot be handed back. Prices include tax, so the figure on the product page is the figure you are charged.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for these sales and handles payment processing, applicable sales tax and VAT, and any payment disputes. Your statutory rights, where they apply and cannot be waived, are unaffected by anything in this section.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States, as applicable.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
